Musical Motivation

Nothing worse than arriving to the gym without your ipod or ipod isn’t charged!  What a bummer.  What’s one to do?  Turn around and leave the gym?  Not likely.  Hang in there without the pumping of earbuds!  Try to tune into your body without the music.  You might find you are more aware of your body and this can help you improve your workout performance or help you correct your form, ect.  Don’t leave the gym or quit your workout if you have no music.  Use it as a challenge to observe more about yourself and your environment.
